JustBuySell is operated and managed under SSS Trade Zone Private Limited, and all references to JustBuySell herein include its association with SSS Trade Zone Private Limited where applicable.

 
1. General Overview

1.1 JustBuySell is a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of raw materials and bulk goods. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of goods exchanged between users.

1.2 By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform.

1.3 JustBuySell reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 
2. User Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 All users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including a valid GSTIN for business verification, where applicable.

2.3 Accounts are non-transferable, and each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

 
3. Use of Credits

3.1 Users may purchase credits to access certain features of the Platform, such as unlocking buyer or seller information or posting offers.

3.2 All credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether used or unused, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Misuse of credits, including fraudulent activities, may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

 
4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Users agree not to engage in the following:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent offers.
  • Using the Platform for unlawful activities.
  • Sharing or selling contact information obtained via the Platform without authorization.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the Platform’s security.

4.2 JustBuySell reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

 
5. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

5.1 Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

  • Negotiating terms of trade, including pricing, delivery, and payment.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and legality of their listings.
  • Managing the logistics and quality of goods exchanged.

5.2 JustBuySell does not guarantee the performance of buyers or sellers and is not liable for disputes arising from transactions.

 
6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 JustBuySell is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the Platform or transactions between users.

6.2 The Platform is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 
7. Termination of Services

7.1 JustBuySell reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities.

7.2 Upon termination, any unused credits in your account will not be refunded.

 
8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, design, and materials on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by JustBuySell or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

8.2 Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

 
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
